Symptoms

DESCRIPTION OF THE LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY

Login using P6 Professional fails with the following two errors:

ERRORS
-------
1. Using CloudConnect: "Unable to connect to the database" or "You are not authorized to use the application"
2. Using Direct Connection: "Invalid username or password"


STEPS OR EVENTS THAT LEAD TO THE ISSUE OCCURRING
-------------------------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Install P6 Professional 18.8
2. Go to Control Panel - Region - Format - Turkish (Turkey)
3. Configure P6 Professional with CloudConnect and attempt to login
4. Configure P6 Professional with a direct connection and attempt to login

Changes

 This behavior is only occurring with Oracle Database.
