BRMGateway JMS Configuration for HA (Doc ID 2518791.1)

Goal

The user is trying to configure a HA (High Availability) JMS (Java Massaging Service) configuration in WebLogic for ECE (Elastic Charging Engine) production environment, but there are errors with the durable subscriber used by the 'BRMGateway'.

The setup contains a WebLogic cluster which has 2 notification servers with loadbalance enabled and a distributed notification topic that use those notification servers.

The following error indicating that Durable Subscriber does not support a distributed topic:

2019-01-04 18:58:27.810 CST ERROR -  -  -  - TransportsMessageBundle-0903:
Unable to create session : [JMSClientExceptions:055030]This topic does not support durable subscriptions
