Symptoms

When attempting to login to the application OFSAA 8.0.6.2, found the following error in Web Server SystemOut.log.


Error:

0000190c filter E com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.filter.FilterInstanceWrapper doFilter
SRVE8109W: Uncaught exception thrown by filter struts2: java.io.FileNotFoundException: SRVE0190E: File not found: /fsapps/css/oj/v1.0/alta/oj-alta-min.css

Steps to Replicate:
1. Login to the application.
2. Seeing error in web server SystemOut.log
