NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS VIA SHAREPOINT CMIS ONCE ENDPOINT LIMIT IS REACHED. (Doc ID 2519136.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 05, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure - Version 8.0.5 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 8.0 version, Web UI

Users are unable to upload files via the SharePoint CMIS Endpoint(using OFSAA ECM) when the view limits are reached. Creating folders to workaround the view limit is not working.
Also, when the limit is reached users are getting "Unauthorized" response instead of proper error message.

SharePoint product limit for a list is 5000 items. We have already increased it to 25000 for KYC site, Now the number of items in sharepoint library has crossed 25000 and we are not able to upload any new document using OFSAA ECM, Changing Library would make older documents not downloadedable for previous cases. How this is handled if the items uploaded to share point through OFSAA ECM is more than 25000.
