Issue With Adding Page Using PRM Portal Customization Framework (Doc ID 2519151.1)

Symptoms

User developed a custom webapplication, deployed it on Partner Management Portal (PRM) 7.0 domain and tried to add custom webpage with PRM portal by extending PRM customization framework (Applications-->Customization-->Partner and API Mgmt Portal--> Add new Plugin—>Add Page), but nothing happens when Submit button is clicked after adding Page.

Below error is received in the log:
