Function “Adjust To Scalar Quantity” Does Not Update The IMD (Doc ID 2519374.1)

Symptoms


When user tries to use the “Adjust to scalar quantity” function, the IMD is no longer getting updated at all.
This is happening after applying performance improvement patch 29422509


Steps-
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Create IMD
Step 2: Select Adjust to Scalar Quantity
Step 3: enter in desired quantity and click OK
Step 4: Verify total usage updated to match quantity manually entered
