In RMB v2.7.0.0, Two Dimensional Price Assignment Always Throwing 'Overlapping Range' Warning (Doc ID 2519925.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.7.0.0.0 against FW v4.3.0.4.0, Two Dimensional Price Assignment always throwing 'Overlapping Range' warning.

Even though tier ranges defined during Two Dimensional Price Assignment are correct, system always throw 'Overlapping ranges/ Gap in Ranges' warning while Submitting price assignment .

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log-in to ORMB.
2. Create an Person, Account and Contract.
3. Create two priceitem TEST1 and TEST2
4. Perform 2D pricing on TEST1 with Pricing eligibility on.
5. Define the tier range so that the range limit overlaps in two rate components.
6. Verify that the overlap error is thrown on submitting the price assignment of TEST1.
7. Perform step teir pricing on TEST2 with Pricing eligibility on.
8. Define the tier range so that the range limit overlaps in two rate components with pricing elibility conditions defined.
9. Verify that the overlap error is thrown on submitting the price assignment of TEST2.
10. Similarly, conduct sanity testing for price assignment with approval workflow and pricelist for overlap range check.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The User should be able to view overlapping range error when Tier range is overlapped for two separate Rate components in a tier based pricing.

BUSINESS IMPACT
--------------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use 2D Pricing and Hybrid Pricing effectively.
