Cannot Release Planned Orders From ASCP Planner Workbench (Doc ID 2520056.1)

Goal

We are getting the following notification when we try to release the orders from ASCP Planner workbench

The Release could not triggered
Please uncheck the Allow Release Flag in the destination instance that is designated as Release to the source instance OPM.
Then check the Allow Release flag in this destination instance corresponding to the source instance OPM
