Cannot Upload Attachment from Some Computers (Doc ID 2520153.1)

On : version, Folders, Files & Attachments

When attempting to upload file attachment from some computers,
the following error occurs.

Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On some computers, logon Web Client
2. Open any Item object and click Attachment tab
3. Click Add button, error occurs

[Fiddler] DNS Lookup for "<HOSTNAME>" failed. System.Net.Sockets.SocketException. The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found
