Values Are Changed in a Business Process Line Item When the Line Item Is Opened Again (Doc ID 2520194.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The value of a Detail Line Item auto-populated by a Picker changes if the user re-opens the Line Item after it is saved.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Line Item value should not change when the Line Item is opened again.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier and navigate to the applicable Business Process workspace.
  2. In a record, Add a Detail Line Item and auto-populate the value of some Data Element field by way of a picker.
  3. Save and Close the Line Item.
  4. Open the Line Item again and notice that the value that was previously added has changed.
