Reimpurge Does Not Delete EDI Data From Operational Tables (Doc ID 2520414.1)

When running reimpurge, you observe data remains in the im_inject_* tables when the inject_type is 'EDI'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run reimpurge <batch-alias-name> PURGE_WORKSPACES_AND_OPERATIONALS
