Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine(ECE), 11.3.0.9.0 Version,
It is observed that ECE cache has lost some of the customers however the PublicUserIdentity still exist. Hence, "request" approach to ECE however ECE fails after a very long delay and this delay cause ECE slowdown.
