Replenishment Does Not Create Order In Case Of Wh/cross Link With Supp Case Size (Doc ID 2520483.1)

Symptoms

Replenishment not rounding up the order qty in case of warehouse cross link.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Create a Wh/Cross link replenishment with min qty as "12" and max_qty as "40" for an item with pack size as "24".
2.Create a item with UOM as KB and store order multiple as cases.
3.Ensure that Wh has stock of 24 and store has stock of "0".
4.Run the Replenihsment batches and verify the transfer and order is not created.
