Error "Unable To Load Data" When A User That Was Previously Assigned As A Delegate Resource Manager Tries to Approve Timesheets in P6 Web

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to browse to Timesheet Approvals as a delegate Timesheet Approver, the following error occurs.
"Unable to load data. An unknown error has occurred."
P6 Web Access log:
"Error: Time approval for user <main approver user id> not delegated to user <delegate user id>"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- User X makes User Y a delegate to approve their Timesheets
- User Y opens up the Timesheet Approval page and selects "Resource Manager Delegate for X"
- User Y logs out
- User X revokes user Y as a delegate (by only unchecking the box 'Make this delegate active')
- User Y logs in and goes to Timesheet Approval
- Error displayed
