Dgidx Performance Issue on Windows (Doc ID 2520665.1)

Symptoms

Dgidx time started to take longer.  It used to take 3 hours but it takes more than 7 hours.  RAM was added which helped temporarily but the slowness started to happen again.

MDEX 6.4.1.2

PlatformServices 6.1.4

CAS 3.1.2.1

Toolsframework 3.1.2

OS: 64 bit Windows 2008 R2

Virus Scan: Trend Micro

Endeca running on VM servers.


Reproducible Steps:
1. Run baseline update
