Memory Related Errors In CM Startup Screen (Doc ID 2520782.1)

On : 7.5.0.22.0 version, CM

One is using RHEL 7.5 (Maipo) with gcc version 4.8.5 for BRM 7.5 PS22. While executing some of the regression suites, user is receiving memory related issues even while trying to print the FLIST in the custom code or default code.
Customization is done in fm_rate_pol where user has a couple of source codes (NOT out of box policies) written which uses global FLIST pointers and functions defined in some other custom utils FM. Whenever these sources are being invoked and whenever the global FLIST/function pointers are being accessed from within this fm_rate_pol, user encountered this memory issue.

NOTE: This memory issue has been observed only on BRM7.5PS22 with RHEL 7.5 OS. In an existing system which is on BRM7.4PS22 with RHEL 5.11 user has not encountered the same.
