Error In MPL Log While Uploading CSV File Using XAI Receiver (Doc ID 2520921.1)

Goal

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, XML Application Integration (XAI)

For implementing requirement for uploading a CSV file to the system, the customer created an XAI Receiver with Message Class - "FILESCANRCVR" and Executer ID - "XAILOCAL" in addition to the XAI Inbound Services.

When the CSV file is uploaded to the XAI Receiver's Scan Directory, it gets picked up for processing and .csv extension changes to .xai.
The XAI Staging Control gets created with ¿Pending¿ status but does not process any records, and is stuck in the same status and never completes.

The MPL Log (snippet attached) prompts for an error - 'File not found',though the system initially scanned and picked the file successfully and renamed the extension to .xai. This issue is occurring across other XAI Receivers as well.
