The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the login page.

The result is a blank page.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users:

a) Do not have access to the GUI application. We cannot run jobs, generate billing, and use the application. 
b) All users do not have access to the GUI.
