Symptoms

Pasting steps to switch sheet does not scroll to the last step.
When pasting steps to a switch sheet and the scroll bar is present and at the bottom the pasted steps aren't visible until the scroll bar is moved.

In 1.11 copying and pasting steps in a switch sheet would make the pasted step(s) visible if there were enough steps to have a scrollbar. The scrollbar would scroll automatically. This doesn't happen in 2.3.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Steps that are pasted should display even if they would be beyond the visible area of the sheet window.
The pasting of steps could possibly behave like the inserting of a blank step which does display the last added step.

STEPS
To reproduce add steps so that you see a scrollbar. Then copy and paste one or multiple steps and note that all of the steps don't show and the scrollbar is not positioned at the bottom.

Changes

Upgraded from NMS v1.11 to v2.3.
