OUA 2.7: Do we need to setup OEM for OGG Monitor Agent?

In the OUA installation guide (P.4-14, Version E83219-01, updated on Jan 2019), the step 5 insection "Setting up Oracle GoldenGate Monitor JAgent on Target and Source Database Servers", it asked to change "agent.type.enabled" value from OGGMON to OEM.

Could you please let me know with the agent.type.enabled=OEM, should I setup OEM for the OGG Monitor Agent?
