Symptoms

On RMB v2.6.0.1.0, Pricing Services, C1-GetEffectivePricing Web Service System Error Response for Inherited Pricelist Detailed Request.

We have a requirement in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) to use the base C1-GetEffectivePricing web service. Our desired input Request is Account Identifier Type, Account Identifier and Division. And our desired output Response is the entire Price Assignment and Price Component data, because they want the pricing parameters together with the actual pricing amount.

The aforementioned input Request is compatible with C1-GetEffectivePricing but the current output Response is only Price Assignment data. According to the schema of C1-GetEffectivePricing, if it is provided in the Request with the "Detail" flag value "DT", the Response will include the Price Component. But once this is done during our testing in offshore development environment, the system error Response was received.
