Symptoms

CDA 321 Installation does not display any dashboards

After completing the install, could not view any out-of-the-box dashboards. They did not have this issue when installed CDA DEV and CDA VAL environment.

 This issue is reproducible for all users and not limited to any specific users. Even "weblogic" user could not see any dashboards. We compared the security of CDA PROD against DEV and VAL to rule out the possibility of any security/access related issues and found that there are no differences.
