Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When a form filter is created in DEFI using any function eg., USERID(), Records which are authorized and modified are not shown in the data entry screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Records which are authorized and modified are to be shown in the data entry screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps :


1. Create form with Form Filter, using function: USERID()
2. Edit a row which be authorized (the row's status will be changed to Modified)
3. Refresh form or login with other user

4. Records will not be visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, proper data will not be shown in the data entry screen.
