Literature And Forms (C2M-LITFORM) Zone Collapse/expand Button Does Not Work With Account In Context (Doc ID 2521869.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running C2M in latest version of Firefox browser 60.5.0esr (32-bit), the Literature and Form zone does not expand/collapse when an Account is in context and Control Central – Account Information tab is open. I was able to replicate this in the DEMO environment. Issue happens in Firefox browser only. User is unable to access and open the forms and attachments in literature and forms, and can affect day-to-day business process.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Expand/Collapse for Literature and Form zone should be working.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Important: Use Mozilla Firefox browser (version 60.5.1esr (32-bit) to access and login to C2M environment
2. Admin > A > Attachment > Add
3. File Upload: Browse for a PDF File, click Upload.
4. Attachment information will be automatically created. File type PDF using Business Object F1-PDF.
5. Category: Form
6. Click Save.
7. C2M-LITFORM zone created to retrieve and list the Attachments in a zone available in the Dashboard Portal. (C2M-LITFORM bundle attached for reference.)
8. If it does not exist, Import C2M-LITFORM bundle to target environment.
9. Add C2M-LITFORM to CI_DASHBOARD Dashboard Portal
10. C2M-LITFORM should be available in Dashboard with the list of attachments.
11. Control Central > Search for Brazil,Mark
12. Control Central Account Information and Dashboard opens
13. Expand the Literature and Form zone to list the PDFs
14. Literature and Forms zone remains collapsed without a list. Clicking on the Expand/Collapse button multiple times does not do anything.
15. Control Central > Search for Brazil,Mary
16. Literature and Forms zone remains collapsed without a list. Clicking on the Expand/Collapse button multiple times does not do anything.
17. This only happens when an Account is in context.
