Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC-3C) 6.0.1, several TCAP_ABORT errors are logged by xmsTrigger and RIMS processes when loading the Service Logic Controller (SLC) node with SMS-MO traffic.

The following errors are reported in xmsTrigger.log and rims.log:

It was observed that errors are stopping if doing Service Logic Execution Environment (SLEE) restart.
