Error Message Is Displayed When "Imported Case Are Assinged" Is Blank In Reporting Destination

Symptoms
On Argus Console >> Code Lists >> Argus >> Reporting Destination >> EDI Tab, when "Auto Accept ICSR's" check-box is checked and its value is selected by drop-down as "All" or "Initial",
system displays the following error by a dialog pop-up if user leaves either of "Imported Case are assigned to" field or "Initial Workflow State" field blank.
Error Message:
Agency is configures for Auto Accept(All/Initial).
Please select a valid value for 'Imported Case are assigned to'
and 'Initial Workflow State' dropdowns.
