Symptoms
On : 11.3.0.8.0 version, External notification (JMS)
THRESHOLD_BREACH_EVENT notification does not contain all the Public UserIdentities.
Reproducible steps:
1. Create an Account
2. Purchase product with monetary and non-monetary resources.
3. Set credit limit to zero for non-monetary resource granted make usages to consume fully all the non-monetary grants
4. Check the Credit_ceiling, threshold_breach notification triggered, This message should contain all publicUserIdenties of the service being used.
There is a scenario in which customer will be getting IMSI in the CDR. Once the threshold is breached for one of the resource ID customer want in the notification that the PUBLIC_USER_IDENTITY contains all the entries of the SERVICE_ALIAS_LIST_T for the next process to run.
All the entries from SERVICE_ALIAS_LIST must be present in the notification generated .
