Symptoms

i.
RDC Onsite : 'internal error(IO Exception: Unable to proceed further.)' message appears when trying to open a CRF i.e.

Error

The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and
will shut down. If the problem recurs, please report the following
information for diagnostic purposes:
Log code xxxx, internal error(IO Exception: Unable to proceed further.).

 

ii.
The generated .dump file contains :
