One would like to understand if there is scope for implementing currency based credit limit for CSRs in Billing Care.

-    CSR/Agent has permission to apply adjustments on a US based customer for example (charged in USD) and India based Customer (charged in INR) for example.
-    The CSR is having a credit limit of '10' with current system implementation, and he can provide a maximum adjustment of 10 USD for US customer and 10 INR for an Indian Customer.
-    The above step is achieved using obligations in OES (Oracle Entitlement Server).
-    Now is there way to implement a different limit for different currencies for a CSR. Eg: CSR should be able to give a maximum adjustment of 10 USD for US customer and 500 INR for an Indian Customer.
