On : 12.2.7 version, Materials Requirements Plan in PROD

Users upgraded to 12.2.7 and are running MRP plans. When they run the plans manually by the user, the plans complete successfully. When they run some of the plans with a batch scheduling tool called APPWORX, some of them fail in MRCNSP - Memorybased Snapshot with the following:

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 1403 in mrnspia

Cause: mrnspia failed due to ORA-01403: no data found

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: and was executed from the file .
APP-MRP-22075: An internal error has occurred (mrnspia, 1000, 247, MPT-MRPOSP)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup batch scheduling tool to run MRP plans
2. Some plans fail as noted
3. Running failing plans manually by users are successful
