Symptoms

On : 7.3.5.0.0 version, Other Issues

During server restart observing UIM server status changing to Admin

java.io.IOException: Too many open files
at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)
at java.io.File.createNewFile(File.java:1012)
