Goal
Customer wants to install OCCAS 7.0.0.1 from scratch on platform Red Hat 7.5.
While installing the following warning is received:
perating System Used: Red Hat linux version 7.5
JDK Version installed on operating System : 1.8.0_191
Expected Result: one the enterprise-4, enterprise-5, enterprise-6,redhat-6,redhat-4,redhat-5,SuSE-11
Actual Result: redhat 7.5
Check Complete. The overall result of this check is: Failed
According to the compliance matrix in the manual, RHEL and/or Oracle Linux version 7.x are not included in the list of supported Operating systems and their installation is blocked.
Customer wants to know whether Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 is supported by OCCAS 7.0.0.1.0
