Symptoms
Actual Behavior
When creating a Promotion at Dept/Class level, the RPM Conflict Check hangs and never completes even after 8 hours.
Expected Behavior
Expect the process to be completed in a few minutes.
Steps
1. Create a Simple Promotion at the Dept/Class level.
2. Approve the promotion.
3. The conflict check on this scenario is the performance issue because it is taking hours to come back.
