1 - Create a new regular item via UI, for a department with mandatory LOV-UDAs
2 - Click "User Defined Attributes" and "UDA defaults" popup will open automatically
3 - For one of the UDAs, click on the drop-down of "UDA value" and then click "Search"

Actual result Search screen labels are displayed as database fields and "UDAValueDesc" field is case sensitive and it should not.
When adding a new UDA and using the search functionality in UDA value, it shows the column title as Description and UDA Value.

Expected result: labels should be displayed as Description and UDA Value in all cases.
