Symptoms

Users are experiencing an issue with many cases wherein despite the patient's confidentiality check box being hidden, the flag in the back-end gets updated to 1 (Checked).

There are no custom trigger that can modify the values.

Why is value not displayed in Argus UI getting updated ?
