On : 12.2.0 version, Oracle Policy Automation
OPA 12c 500 error

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------

Customer is trying to deploy determinations server war file from their OPA 10.4.x version to OPA 12c version.
The process is failing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ability to deploy OPA 10.4.x determinations server war file to OPA 12c version.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using WebLogic server, try to deploy determinations server war file.
2. Notice the process failing.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Users cannot use their rulebases from OPA 10.4 version in 12.2 version.
Due to this issue, users cannot complete deploying determinations server war file.
