Adjusted Duration Always Goes Back To 00:00:00 After Entering A New Value On The Timesheet Via MCP (Doc ID 2526210.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.3.0 version, Mobile Communications Platform

Adjusted duration always goes back to 00:00:00 after entering a new value on the Timesheet via MCP

On the MCP device (via chrome), the crew can review his/her timesheet when ending his/her current crew shift. When reviewing the timesheet, the crew can add additional Timesheet time entries however the crew is not able to do it since after adding a time it always goes back to 00:00:00.

Please note that this perfectly works on the previous version of MWM v2.3 SP2. encountered the issue on MWM v2.3 SP3.
