Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Elastic Charging Engine(ECE), 11.3.0.3.0 Version,

There is a severe issue in ECE where most of the customer having high credit limit are getting barred saying that ceiling is breached. But the credit limit is very high and usage is very low .

In a case where credit limit was 1000 and usage is 346 in ECE and BRM but still notification generated for ceiling breach.
