How To Implement A Custom Service Life Cycle For A New Type Of Account (Doc ID 2526334.1)

On environment on which all existing services are using the default service life cycle, there is a business requirement to implement a custom service life cycle for a specific type of accounts (which are ported-in).
Service of this type of account will have status (10102) after account creation, and will be activated (10100) when the provisioning in network element will be complete.
Implementation of this customer service lifecycle must not affect the lifecycle of existing business scenarios.
