Cannot See Certain Transactions On The Unassigned Tab (Doc ID 2526422.1)

On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

Cannot see certain transactions on the Unassigned tab.

I have documents assigned to one CurrGroup, but no CurrUser and I can see them on the Unassigned tab.

I reassign one of the documents to a different CurrGroup and still no CurrUser, but now I cannot see them on the Unassigned tab.

Users should be able to see documents on the Unassigned tab.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On My Assignments I can see a transaction assigned to the CurrGroup “Claims”. There is no CurrUser assigned.
2. Go to the Unassigned tab, I can see that document. This is expected since it is Unassigned.
3. Reassigned it to the CurrGroup “PA”. Still no CurrUser assigned. I can see it on My Assignments tab.
4. The document does not show up in Unassigned.

The issue has the following business impact:
It is critical that users see documents on the Unassigned tab because they pick work up from there so they can complete it.
