Pop-up Windows, Columns, Boxes Do Not Resize Correctly (Doc ID 2526516.1)

Symptoms

Currently, pop-up windows cannot be resized. Often, they randomly open with different sizes. The user cannot resize the pop-up windows and anything inside these windows, even when lots of empty space is available. Often, important info displayed in the boxes is not visible.

Resize columns/boxes is not consistent throughout the application. The users would like the resize to work as on Listings where resizing one column does not affect the size of the other columns. On most other pages resizing one column shrinks the columns to the right making the whole display unusable.
