Symptoms
You experience poor performance when attempting to open the Maintain Component screen. To open complex promo takes an excessive amount of time (approximately 10 minutes) and renders the screen practically unusable.
And, for a similar promotion, it opens in 8 minutes, another in 51 seconds.

Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a complex promo with 400 components.
1a.In the Promotions > Maintain Promotion, Search for a promotion.
2. In the Promotion Search Results pane, select the promotion you want to edit.
3. Click Edit.
3a. Here takes an excessive amount of time
