Goal

On :  2.7.0.0.10 version, Install / Upgrade

ODI-1228:  ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path - B1_OPR_DEVICE_SNAP_MON_MV1  

Checking the MV in the dba_mviewss table, the status of this table is Stale but valid. other MVs have a status of "needs_compile".
