Windows 10 Hybrid MDT Application Hangs, Start Button Is Non-responsive (Doc ID 2526884.1)

The business is reporting that the MDT start button has stopped working, its non-responsive. Their normal process is to select "enroute", drive to the location and then select "start" when they begin the job.  It's this "start" selection that is no longer working.

They can close the application/reopen the application/ log back into the application and the start button will work for one job. They then have to begin the process all over again for the next job.  All other buttons are working. They can also submit "enroute and start" back to back and the issue will not occur.

No error is presented to the mobile user.

Alternately, the MDT is found to hang at other points during operation.
