Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management Analytics (ALMBI) 8.0.x, when attempting to run the ALM_BI_TRANSFORMATION program, you get the following error in FSI_MESSAGE_LOG:

Deterministic Process Initiated
Buckets Not Found for xxxxxx in DIM_RESULT_BUCKET
One of the Transformation failed: Program Terminated

As a result, the program does not populate any of the target FCT tables.
