Inventory Adjustment Quantity Is Allowing With Decimal Values For Non Eaches(EA) Item (Doc ID 2527325.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS), Inventory adjustment quantity is allowing with decimal values for the items with Standard Unit of Measure (SUOM) as either Piece (PC) or Dozen (DOZ).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Item with SUOM as PC or DOZ.
2. Range the item to a Store or Warehouse.
3. Do an inventory adjustment for the above with some decimal value example 6.36
4. System is allowing the decimal value.

Expected Behavior: The Standard unit of Measure (UOM) for the item 'XXXX' belongs to UOM class of Quantity, therefore the quantity entered cannot be a decimal.
