Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an Item with SUOM as PC or DOZ.
2. Range the item to a Store or Warehouse.
3. Do an inventory adjustment for the above with some decimal value example 6.36
4. System is allowing the decimal value.
Expected Behavior: The Standard unit of Measure (UOM) for the item 'XXXX' belongs to UOM class of Quantity, therefore the quantity entered cannot be a decimal.
