Symptoms

On : 11.1.0.2 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Plans with System Code = NBU does not appear in the drop down menu of the application screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Plans with System Code = NBU should appear in the drop down list of plans

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Create a new case
2- Add an Application
3- Select a Company
4- Select a Product
5- Look into drop down Plan Menu
4- Plan does not appear in the list

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to have a Plan for New Business and activities related to it
