Effective Pricing UI - Server Has Encountered A Problem When Paging Through Records

Goal
Currently the following behavior is noticed on Effective Pricing UI:
If there are multiple rate components in the list (means there are multiple pages), and user clicks on any existing component (which has broadcast button), and after that clicks on broadcast button -> additional section may appear or not, this does not matter. And if right after that user clicks on 'Next' or 'Previous' page button in [Rate Components] section, error message appears in popup: "The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again" . Once popup is closed, error is displayed in [Rate Components] section. In order to see the list of rate components, user should collapse and expand again [Rate Components] zone, error disappears.
How can this be resolved?
