On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 8.2

While attempting to view Draft E2B (by clicking on 'Draft' hyperlink from Regulatory Reports tab for case) which is using a customize profile are getting the below error

Case XXXXXXXXXXX General error while creating ICSR report.

Exception in procedure - P_CREATE_REPOSITORY

Error while processing the element - PATIENT- ORA-00001: unique constraint (ESM_OWNER.PK_PATIENT) violated
