UD (User Defined) Records In LM_UDF_DDL_VALUES are Marked as Deleted When Japanese User Updates To [Add] Rows

Symptoms
On Applications Oracle Argus Safety Version : 8.1.x
When updating a Selectable record with a List of Valid Values for an existing User Defined Number field as a Japanese User
On Save of this update, all the corresponding records for this UDF are marked as Deleted in the LM_UDF_DDL_VALUES Table
The CMN_FIELDS table is also updated to reflect that these records are deleted
Steps to Reproduce:
Add a User Defined Field with Selectable Values e.g.
- [Argus Console]
- [System Configuration]
- Field Properties
- Products
- Product Information
- Select User Defined Number 2 - Field Form Label = 'UD Number 2', Hidden=No, Selectable list click to [Add] entries for
- 1. LAV,
- 2. DIV
- Save
- Log out as English user and back in to see change
- Confirm this appears in Case form via any case
- [Products]
- Product Information
- Drop down list contains LAV and DIV
Exit application as English user and now log in as Japanese User to Argus-J Interface
- As before navigate via:
- [Argus Console]
- [System Configuration]
- Field Properties
- Products
- Product Information
- User Defined Number 2
- Click on [Add] for selectable list
- Add new value on blank line e.g. AAA (same for Japanese)
- Click on [Save]
- Get the message:
- Click [OK] button (No other option)
- OK button again
- The Selectable section blanks out
- The existing and new records in the LM_UDF_DDL_VALUES table have the Deleted columns populated with the date <== This is incorrect.
